This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced software engineers and quantitative developers on enterprise-scale applications supporting the financial services industry.

What You Will Get To Do:
Support the development and enhancement of quantitative applications within the Fund Services business
Develop software solutions using Python and quantitative development techniques
Assist in building tools and models related to trading market making and financial products
Collaborate with global development teams within a distributed working environment
Contribute to the design testing and optimisation of software applications
Work with modern development tools and environments including Docker Linux and GitHub
Participate in technical discussions code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Will Bring:
Currently studying towards a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong knowledge of trading market making and financial products
Strong understanding of statistics probability and quantitative techniques
Experience using Python for systems or software development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a distributed global team
Drive curiosity and passion to learn new technologies and skills

Desirable Skills
Experience using Docker
Experience using C/C
Experience using SWIG or PyBindings-11
Experience using GitHub version control
Experience working within Linux environments
