Job Summary
Talentmark are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Thisrole is fully site based in Basingstoke.
Salary:
14.87 ph to 19.78 ph PAYE depending upon experience

Quality Assurance Associate Role:
- Product quality complaints for human health medicines from UK and IE customers health care professionals external parties and sales representatives.
- Perform all activities related to the product complaint sample collection process.
- Ensuring documents are generated controlled and retained in accordance with SOPs which meet global quality standards.
- Support quality assurance audits internal and external and closure of observations.
- Ensuring any confirmed failures of product or processes are reported to management.
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
- Good knowledge of GDP procedures and Global Quality Standards.
- Previous experience in a quality-focused role preferably within the pharma or healthcare industries.
- Great communication skills.
