The role:

As a Project Management Analyst you will help drive our goals by:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate real estate projects and transformation initiatives

• Managing project timelines risksbudgetsand governance documentation to ensure delivery to plan

• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders tomaintainalignment and clear communication across projects

• Producing high-quality reportinginsightsand materials to support stage-gate reviews and decision making

• Analysingworkplace and occupancy data to provide insight into performancetrendsandoptimisationopportunities

• Maintainingaccurateproject and property data improving dataprocessesand ensuring reporting integrity

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Project management certification (e.g.PRINCE2 APMQ PMP) or equivalent experience

• Proven experience supporting or delivering projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and outputs

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft ExcelPowerPointand SharePoint

• Experience working with datavisualisationtools such as Power BI or PowerApps

• Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills across multipleorganisationallevels
