Project Controls Manager Outside IR35

Scope of Work:

Engaged to provide specialist project controls services on a large EPC project focusing on implementing effective controls forecasting and reporting to support Kent and the client in achieving successful delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Lead Project reporting forecasting and budget reports for the entire project
• Lead the project controls team to develop effective schedule and cost control mechanisms
• Implementation of document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements.
• Establishment of change management controls to protect budget hours.
• Oversight of information management systems to ensure effective data flow.
• Delivery of progress reports and early warnings on performance risks.
• Independent leadership and guidance across planning cost management information management and document control functions.
• Advisory support to the Engineering Management Team on risks constraints and project controls.
• Preparation of documentation to support variations claims and dispute resolution.
• Input to commercial negotiations by advising on project control considerations.
• Assurance that processes meet quality and compliance standards including audit support.

• Ongoing identification of risks opportunities and efficiencies to enhance project delivery.
