This is a fixed term role for 6 months for paternity cover.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
To act as a trusted advisor offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educateleaders managers and associates on all P&O topics on the moments that matter.
People Partners support all divisional customer groups in country enabling the delivery of lifecycleevents the employee value proposition talent acquisition talent management learning performancemanagement employee relations rewards pay and reporting.
People Partners implement P&O change initiatives at a country level acting as detailed designers andagents of change by working with Business Partners.
The People Partner lead in small countries acts as a single point of contact within country to align onpeople partner related issues above country topics and coordination of country team members.
What youll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Collaborate effectively across organisational boundaries building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver aligned talent and business outcomes.
Demonstrate broad functional expertise across Business Partnering and HR operations ensuring an integrated and commercially focused approach.
Utilise Workday ATS to manage HR processes ensuring data accuracy compliance and reports etc.
Act as a professional ambassador for the organisation representing the employer brand positively to internal and external stakeholders.
Apply sound knowledge of UK Employment Relations (ER) legislation and practices to support compliant and fair recruitment and people processes.
Deliver results with a proactive enthusiastic and quality-driven approach consistently striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
