Operations Manager

NEW OPERATIONS MANAGER BASED IN CORBY.

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and operational leadership Our client is looking for a driven and commercially aware professional to lead and develop our operations function ensuring the business consistently delivers quality products safely efficiently and on time.

You will ensure operational performance aligns with business objectives relating to quality cost delivery productivity safety and customer satisfaction while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities as a Operations Manager in Corby.

• Lead and manage end to end operational activities to ensure safe efficient and profitable delivery of customer requirements.
• Oversee production planning scheduling and execution to ensure On Time In Full delivery quality standards and commercial targets are achieved.
• Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources including labour materials equipment and capacity planning.
• Monitor and manage day to day operational performance resolving issues risks and inefficiencies proactively.
• Lead continuous improvement activity including Lean Manufacturing 5S waste reduction process optimisation and productivity improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 SC21 and AS9100 standards.
• Develop and manage operational KPIs performance reporting and data driven decision making.
• Control operational budgets and support cost management and financial performance objectives.

Requirements as a Operations Managerin Corby.

• Degree HNC HND NVQ or equivalent experience in Operations Manufacturing Engineering or Business Management.
• Experience withinan engineering/manufacturing facility.
