Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
per annum Full-Time across 45 Days All Year Round

- Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm high-quality care and early years education rooted in Reggio Emilia and Forest School principles
- Supporting children to explore discover and develop at their own pace in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Making full use of the nurserys large outdoor area facilitating nature-based learning and active exploration every day
- Planning and implementing child-led activities that nurture individuality independence and confidence
- Observing and documenting childrens development in line with EYFS sharing progress meaningfully with families
- Building genuine nurturing relationships with children families and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nurserys distinctive ethos every single day
