Based in South Reading area with good transport links and on site parking. Our Clients are sourcing an experienced and passionate nursery manager to lead the day to day operations of their lovely large Nursery. You will need to be an experienced Nursery Manager with experience of running 100 plus place settings strong on team leading quality and curriculum as well as in-house training and ideally have taken a setting through an Ofsted Inspection. Working a 42.5 hr week salary is up to 55k depending on experience.

Essential for the Nursery Manager Role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 4 years experience in early years including 2 years in a management or team-leading role
Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
Strong knowledge of EYFS safeguarding and health & safety practices
Experience managing nursery teams occupancy and budgets
Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
