What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or aboveessential
Proven experience as a Nursery Manageressential
Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
A confident inspiring leader with a passion for delivering high-quality early years care
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach to team development and continuous improvement

Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education
Driving quality and maintaining strong Ofsted outcomes with a focus on continuous improvement
Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS framework across all age groups
Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
Leading motivating and developing a high-performing team
Building strong relationships with children families and the wider community
Managing occupancy staffing and overall nursery performance
