This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well-established setting in a beautifully converted building designed to create a warm inspiring environment for children to learn explore and thrive.

The nursery offers enriching opportunities that support curiosity creativity and development and already holds a Good Ofsted rating. Our client is now looking for a strong leader who can build on this success and drive the setting towards even higher standards.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above essential
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager essential
• Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• A confident inspiring leader with a passion for delivering high-quality early years care
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach to team development and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education
• Driving quality and maintaining strong Ofsted outcomes with a focus on continuous improvement
• Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS framework across all age groups
• Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
• Leading motivating and developing a high-performing team
• Building strong relationships with children families and the wider community
• Managing occupancy staffing and overall nursery performance
