What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or aboveessential
Proven experience as a Nursery Manageressential
Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
A confident and inspiring leader with a passion for high-quality early years care
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach to team development and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education
Maintaining and improving Ofsted standards with a focus on achieving Outstanding outcomes
Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS framework across all age groups
Ensuring safeguarding and compliance are consistently met
Leading motivating and developing a strong and supportive team
Building positive relationships with children families and the wider community
Managing occupancy staffing and overall nursery performance
