Our opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join the leadership team at Coleraine District Health Service. The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) provides strategic and operational leadership for the Coleraine services encompassing acute and residential aged care consumers ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality and person-centred care. The role is responsible for leading clinical practice workforce performance and service delivery while fostering a culture of professionalism accountability and continuous improvement. Coleraine District Health Service delivers care in a rural setting across 10 acute beds and 51 residential aged care beds. The NUM plays a critical role in translating organisational strategy into effective ward-level practice ensuring clinical excellence efficient resource utilisation and compliance with relevant standards policies and legislative requirements.
About Us:
Coleraine District Health Service comprises of 10 acute beds 12 nursing home beds and 41 hostel aged care beds.
