Night Supervisor

• Provide confident overnight leadership ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of exceptional service in line with daytime standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all guests maintaining a warm professional and attentive presence throughout the night.
• Assume full managerial responsibility for the resort during overnight hours ensuring smooth and efficient running of all departments.
• Manage and follow up on all guest requests with precision care and attention to detail in accordance with Fairmont service standards.
• Support the Night Manager in the training development and ongoing performance of the team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment through constructive professional communication.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures to uphold consistency and excellence.
• Conduct one-to-one reviews feedback discussions and contribute to continuous departmental training initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Supervisory experience within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong leadership skills to guide the overnight team
• Excellent communication suited to a 5star guest experience
• Confidence in independent decisionmaking during overnight operations
• Knowledge of hotel systems including PMS and POS
• High attention to detail in guest service and reporting
• Strong understanding of security procedures for guest and property safety
• Availability for night shifts within a luxury 5star setting
