What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Register applicants and arrange property viewings
• Conduct viewings and secure tenancy agreements
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and prospective tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants and applicants
• Generate new business opportunities and win lettings instructions
• Ensure compliance documentation and tenancy paperwork are completed accurately

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential lettings experience is essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional confident and well-presented manner
• Ability to build rapport with landlords tenants and applicants
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business generation
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
