Join our vibrant culinary team as a Kitchen Team Member in the heart of West Thurrock! Were seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to contribute to our kitchens success and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Prepare cook and present high-quality dishes including meat fish and vegetables according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Wash sanitise and store dishes pots pans and utensils to the highest standards
• Assist with general kitchen porter duties including waste disposal and equipment maintenance to support kitchen operations
• Properly store and rotate food items to minimise waste and ensure freshness
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
• Assist in adjusting menu items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
• Ensure adequate supplies of clean utensils crockery and other kitchen equipment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
