Anaplan seeks aJunior Recruiting Coordinator to work with multiple partners including Talent Acquisition Recruiters HR Business Partners and Business Leaders. Hybrid working with two days/week in either our Manchester or London office.
Your Impact
Work with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool
Manage the interview scheduling tool to ensure it is up to date and continued efforts for operational efficiency
Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts to attract the right talent
Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable and repeatable processes for a growth organization
Identify areas of improvement leading with an operational focus
Operate with integrity respect empathy and high personal standards around confidentiality continuously building personal credibility
Your Qualifications
Up to 1 year in HR/People-related roles in a fast-growth/fast-paced environment
Independent self-starter with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Passion for details and 100% data accuracy
Self-starter comfortable with problem-solving judgment critical thinking and decision-making
Ambitious self-learner with the ability to learn on the fly
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile/flexible and to prioritize and meet target dates as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees/managers at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system)
Nice to Have
Technology software and SaaS industry experience
