IT Administrator

This role involves implementing and managing security measures to protect against cyber threats conducting regular security assessments and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as escalation point for complex incidents and service requests
• Diagnose and resolve issues across endpoints M365 networking and business applications
• Build configure and support laptops and user devices
• Administer Active Directory and user access
• Support onboarding/offboarding and permissions management
• Contribute to security compliance (e.g. Cyber Essentials vulnerability remediation)
• Support infrastructure operations
• Assist with large-scale IT projects (office moves migrations system deployments)
• Follow and support change control processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Identify and implement service improvements and automation opportunities
• On-Call support participation

Qualifications :

• Experience in an IT support or systems administration role (ideally 3 years)
• Proven experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 services
• Relevant industry certifications (desirable) e.g. Microsoft CompTIA
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned environments (incident change and problem management)
