As an Inside Sales Representative at NetApp you will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition and growth. Youll use outbound and inbound prospecting to engage prospects and existing customers through an omni-channel approach to discover qualify and understand their business challenges and position NetApps hybrid cloud and data solutions to meet their needs.
Working closely with our channel marketing and technical teams you will build and manage your own pipeline generate new opportunities and contribute directly to NetApps success in a fast-moving collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Drive customer and cross-selling acquisition through phone email and digital outreach.
Prospect in and outbound to drive new qualified pipeline discover and qualify.
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate NetApps value propositions across 3-5 use cases
Collaborate with the channel to deliver proposals.
Generate new business through proactive prospecting including cold calling and targeted campaigns & social selling.
Support marketing initiatives such as events webinars and lead-generation campaigns.
Maintain accurate pipeline management forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems.
Work closely with sales technical specialists and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
1824 months of experience in inside-sales or a related field (internships welcome) mainly focused on full pipeline ownership (prospect to close)
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal formats.
Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo LinkedIn Navigator and CRM platforms.
Genuine curiosity and understanding of cloud storage or IT solutions.
Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent English and comfortable working in an international environment.
Bonus experience:
B2B sales
IT or cloud industry exposure
Familiarity with partner ecosystems (resellers distributors system integrators)
