About the Role
Stirling Council is seeking an experienced and visionary ICT leader to champion digital innovation and deliver our ICT Strategy and Technology Roadmap. In this role you will:
Lead and Inspire People: Build develop and motivate a talented ICT team.

Drive Digital Transformation: Oversee hybrid cloud adoption SaaS solutions and modern workplace tools for mobile and flexible working.
Champion Cyber Resilience: Embed Zero Trust MFA and proactive threat management.
Enable Smart Services: Harness AI IoT and data analytics for insight-driven outcomes.
Ensure Governance and Compliance: Manage budgets effectively and maintain ICT policies aligned with ITIL COBIT frameworks and national standards.
