As Head Bartender at Fonab Castle you will manage both bars overseeing daily operations to ensure excellence in service and standards. Youll lead train and motivate the bar and floor team fostering an environment that elevates skills and delivers outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing cash-ups stock control and ensuring seamless service throughout shifts. Youll create extraordinary guest experiences by crafting innovative cocktails and leading whisky gin and wine tastings. Collaborating with management youll develop strategies to increase revenue and enhance the bars reputation. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience a passion for mixology and spirits and a strong commitment to exceptional service. A relevant bar qualification is preferred but a passion for the role is what matters most. Availability for late-night shifts is essential.
