Job Summary

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day operations. This is a varied role with opportunities for growth and development and a hybrid working environment with some remote working. What You Will Work OnHere youll outline the primary responsibilities and tasks associated with the role. Provide a comprehensive overview of the job functions projects and duties that the candidate will be responsible for. This helps candidates understand the scope of the role and what they can expect in terms of daily successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations support billing reconciliation and audit processes and assist with client communications related to financial Receivable Support:Reconcile and audit billing files for accuracy and with monitoring outstanding balances and payment professional client communications regarding account queries reconciliations and supporting Payable:Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely that invoices are paid on time and assisting with payment run and reviewing employee expense submissions ensuring accuracy and compliancewith company with vendors and liaising with internal teams across the business to resolveinvoice and payment queries and/or Finance Support:Assisting with month-end close support during our yearly audit by gathering documentation and answering with any other ad hoc tasks that may be You Will Work WithYou will work closely with our operations teams to ensure that billing files are reconciled accurately and supplier invoices are correct. You will also work closely with other members of the finance team assisting with ad hoc duties as required. What You Will BringBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field requiredWe are looking for someone who has strong communication and organizational skills a high level of attention to detail and a positive and adaptable personalityYou must have worked in an office-based role previouslyWe require someone who has strong communication skills - Effective communication in this role is necessary for interacting with clients customers and internal stakeholders. This position will be interacting with people in several different countries and time zones where English may not be peoples first languageIt is an advantage but not necessary if you have worked in finance previouslyIt is an advantage but not necessary if you have used Salesforce and SAP Concur previouslyAs a global company business proficiency in Spanish German or French would be an advantage but this is not necessary
