About the role

Were looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing team at Cox Automotive supporting our Manheim Inspection Services business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career to step into a commercial data-driven role where youll work closely with stakeholders across the business to turn insights into action.

Youll play a key part in financial reporting analysis and decision support while also gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects.

What youll be doing

• Producing monthly financial reports and performance analysis
• Supporting forecasting and month-end processes
• Delivering profitability insights and pricing analysis
• Using Excel and Power BI to turn data into meaningful insights
• Partnering with stakeholders across operations commercial and finance
• Supporting customer billing and invoicing processes
• Helping drive reporting improvements and data innovation

This is a varied role combining analysis business partnering and operational finance exposure perfect for building a well-rounded finance career.

What were looking for

• Strong Excel skills (Power BI experience a bonus)
• A natural problem solver who enjoys working with data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator able to work with different teams
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with finance systems (e.g. Salesforce CODA or other ERPs) is helpful.
