Were looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities team in our Aberdeen office - this is a fully office-based position.
In this role youll manage day-to-day print room mail and administrative tasks ensuring all requests are delivered efficiently and to a high standard while supporting smooth office operations. Youll also act as a key coordinator for the team - overseeing workflows supporting projects and training liaising with stakeholders and helping resolve facilities maintenance and building-related matters.
Were looking for someone who is detail-oriented proactive and customer-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Youll be confident working both independently and as part of a team staying calm under pressure while showing a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
