Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant Whats on Offer:
Competitive Outer London Salary (TA scale dependent on experience)
Permanent full-time role starting in June
36 hours per week term-time only
Work within a brand-new SEMH provision in a mainstream primary setting
Join a growing team with strong leadership and specialist support
Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant The Role:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
Support pupils with emotional regulation engagement and behaviour strategies
Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver structured interventions
Help create a safe consistent and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to pupil progress tracking and pastoral support plans
Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant Who Were Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting
Experience in PRUs Alternative Provisions or SEN schools is desirable but not essential
Strong practitioners with a clear commitment to SEMH and education are encouraged to apply
Calm resilient and confident when supporting challenging behaviour
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
Ambition to develop within a specialist provision
