Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated early-career engineer to support engineering projects product development testing and technical documentation. The role involves applying standard engineering principles troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering activities and assigned projects with limited supervision.
- Conduct testing troubleshooting and technical evaluations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and drawings using CAD tools.
- Assist with resolving moderate technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure work complies with company procedures quality standards and health & safety requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement and environmental health and safety initiatives.
- Mentor interns or junior team members when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 03 years of engineering experience.
- Understanding of engineering principles technical standards and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately under deadlines.
Working Style
- Works under guidance from senior engineers or project leads.
- Independently handles routine assignments and contributes to technical deliverables.
- Participates in testing documentation design updates and process improvement activities.
