The Emerging CFO Program is our flagship high-impact leadership development programme designed to cultivate the next generation of finance leaders across the Liberty Global family.
Delivered in partnership with Imperial College London this prestigious nine-month programme (October 2026 July 2027) combines world-class academic insight with the real-world complexity of our global business. Participants will develop advanced capability across leadership strategy
CFOtransformationand AI in finance through a carefully curated blend of:
Virtual learning sessions
Executive coaching
Live Liberty Global case studies
In-person bootcamps at Imperials London campus
On completion participants will receive Imperial College accreditation.
This program is open to Level 6 and 7 leaders globally across Finance M&A and Strategy. Itoffers a unique opportunity for individuals alreadydemonstratingstrong performanceand leadership potential ready to equip themselves with the skills to step into broader more complex roles in the future.

How to Apply
To be considered for the Emerging CFO Programyoullneed to complete a short online application outlining your professional and academic background.
As part of your applicationwellask you to bring your story to life through:
A written reflection (max 500 words) sharing a defining experience that has shaped your valuesperspectiveand career journey
A short video pitch (max 90 seconds max 5MB) telling us whyyourethe right candidate for the programme
You will also need to secure endorsement from your Senior Functional Leader As part of the application you will be asked to confirm that they are aware of and support your application.
What happens next
Oncesubmitted applications will be reviewed by the Finance Talent Business Partner. Selected candidates will then be invited to a screening call to explore their application in more detail.
Interviews willcommenceduring the application window; however there is no first-come first-served approach so we encourage you to take the time tosubmita considered application. Outcomes and feedback will be shared in July.
