This role blends commercial strategy data-driven decision making and hands-on execution. Youll manage a team of three and work collaboratively with marketing CRM operations and creative teams to deliver best-in-class digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own trading performance across all international markets delivering against revenue and margin targets.
Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate AOV sessions) and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
Manage the ecommerce trading calendar ensuring alignment with brand marketing and key seasonal moments.
Oversee all onsite and app merchandising ensuring product and content accuracy.
Support the CRO roadmap by driving A/B testing and initiatives to improve conversion and user experience.
Lead the end-to-end customer journey ensuring a seamless experience across desktop mobile and checkout.
Own ecommerce reporting dashboards and weekly trading updates for senior leadership.
Skills & Experience
4 years experience in ecommerce trading (fashion or activewear preferred).
Proven experience managing and developing teams.
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and digital trading drivers.
Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into impactful actions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing operations and creative.
Commercially minded with a track record of delivering measurable results.
