What Youll Do
As a Service Exchange Van Driver youll play a vital role in supporting our service exchange operation. You will travel to customer sites across the UK to collect service exchange parts and return them into our network ensuring they meet required standards. Acting as a key point of contact for customers youll represent Alexander Dennis professionally while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely collections and deliveries.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual with experience in a logistics warehouse or distribution environment. Youll be comfortable working independently travelling extensively and communicating with customers face-to-face. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail youll ensure collections are handled efficiently and in line with company processes.
Bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of chassis or vehicle parts
- Forklift Truck (counterbalance) licence or willingness to obtain one
- Experience in a parts or service exchange environment
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and geography
