- Permanent part-time role based in Mitcham
- Support customers to achieve their daily goals and build independence through a person-centred approach
- Fortnightly hours: FN1 28.250 hours FN2 25.25 hours (in line with the roster below)
- You will support a diverse range of customers including individuals living with disability behaviours of concern (BOC) and epilepsy requiring confident proactive and safe support.
- A full Victorian drivers licence is essential for this role
- Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Must be available to work all shifts outlined in the roster

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalence) is highly desirable
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Childrens Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
