Role overview
Were looking for an experienced Developer to design develop and maintain applications built on the platform.
You will contribute to architectural discussions write clear and maintainable code and help complete projects across the team. You will work in a role that allows for autonomy while collaborating when needed.
You will support crossfunctional teams and help drive continuous improvement across our engineering practices.
You will report to the development manager.
Note: This role is a 4-day per week working from our Leicester office and 1 day per week remotely.
As a Developer at Cloudfy you will:
Have minimum 2 years of experience in designing developing and maintaining applications using C# and platform (e.g. .NET 4.8 .NET 8).
Implement new features enhancements and integrations across systems.
Analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with SQL Server to design schemas write queries and improve performance.
Participate in code reviews to support consistency clarity and maintainability in the codebase.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous system/process improvements.
Collaborate with QA DevOps Product and UX teams
Produce and maintain clear accurate technical documentation.
Manage tasks with an appropriate level of autonomy including work involving medium to higher levels of complexity.
Ensure code quality performance and maintainability.
Guide junior developers when required.
Identify risks propose solutions and escalate issues appropriately.
Complete work within agreed timelines and contribute to technical discussions.
Proactively resolve issues and support continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
You will bring:
Strong proficiency in C# and ecosystem.
Solid understanding of objectoriented programming and design patterns.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Strong SQL skills with experience using relational databases (e.g. SQL Server).
Familiarity with Azure or modern cloud/DevOps environments.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Good analytical problemsolving and communication.
