Due to expansion were now looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our team at Copperclay Mews in Easingwold near York. Youll be at the heart of daily operations ensuring every individual we support receives the highest standard of care while empowering your team to thrive.
Working alongside the Registered Manager youll play a pivotal role in:
Shaping the culture embedding openness trust and continuous improvement
Leading people inspiring mentoring and developing a skilled and compassionate team
Driving quality ensuring exceptional person-centred care that truly makes an impact
Delivering excellence helping the service achieve and sustain Outstanding standards
Leading day-to-day operations and supporting the Registered Manager
Coaching and developing Team Leaders and wider staff to reach their full potential
Driving a positive inclusive and high-performing service culture
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation
Building strong trusting relationships with colleagues families and stakeholders
Deputising for the Registered Manager when needed
Contributing to wider organisational leadership and continuous improvement
About You
Youre a confident compassionate leader who brings energy and ambition to everything you do.
Youll have:
NVQ Level 3 / Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
Experience in staff leadership and service delivery within care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
A passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
A commitment to developing others and building strong teams
Working towards (or keen to start) a Level 4/5 qualification or Registered Manager Award Even betterwell support your journey.
Youll have:
NVQ Level 3 / Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
Experience in staff leadership and service delivery within care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
