Job Description:
- The Cyber Change Programme Manager will lead a large complex multi-year cyber and operational resilience regulatory change portfolio (e.g. PRA/FCA expectations UK operational resilience outsourcing and third party cyber resilience) across technology and business units.
- The role owns end to end delivery governance and stakeholder management to achieve demonstrable compliance risk reduction and uplift in cyber security posture.
- Senior Technology Programme Manager with deep experience leading global cyber and operational resilience regulatory change (PRA/FCA DORA outsourcing/third party) across major banks; strong at turning regulation into executable roadmaps governing complex portfolios and achieving tangible risk reduction.
