About the role
As an Assistant Team Manager youll support the Team Manager in driving performance service excellence and team engagement.
Youll take a hands-on approach balancing day-to-day operations with coaching and leadership. Youll step up to lead the team when needed ensuring smooth delivery strong client service and consistent achievement of targets and SLAs.
Alongside this youll play a key role in developing your team improving processes and supporting client retention and business growth.

Youre a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong performance track record and experience in a client-facing or consultant role.
