What Youll Do

As a Credit Controller youll be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts across a large portfolio of customer accounts within our Aftermarket business. Youll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries maintain strong relationships and ensure timely payments.

Alongside core collections activity youll support wider Accounts Receivable processes helping to maintain accurate financial records improve processes and contribute to the overall performance of the team.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for an experienced Credit Controller who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Youll be confident managing large account portfolios resolving queries and influencing customers to achieve positive outcomes.

With strong analytical skills and attention to detail youll be comfortable working with financial systems and Excel while maintaining a proactive customer-focused approach. A self-starter with excellent communication skills youll be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience managing high volumes of accounts (1000)
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables
• Experience with ERP financial systems
• Experience within an automotive or aftermarket environment
