Job Summary
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support its clients health and social care providers across the UK primarily within Care Homes Domiciliary Care and Mental Health Services inWolverhampton.
What will your responsibilities be
- Conduct mock inspections
- Carry out compliance audits
- Perform quality reviews
- Provide practical guidance to services
- Support services in achieving and maintaining CQC compliance
- Ensure delivery of outstanding care standards

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations quality statements and inspection frameworks
- Experience within Care Homes Domiciliary Care and/or Mental Health services
- PreviousCQC InspectororRegistered Managerexperience highly desirable
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
