Contracts IT Recruiter Warm Desk

Reading (3 days office / 2 days remote) Full-Time Hybrid Working
Up to 40000 basic Commission up to 30%

Are you a driven recruiter or salesperson with around 18 months of experience ready to break into the fast-paced world of IT Contracts recruitment This is your opportunity to step into a warm desk within a well-established global recruitment business working in the high-demand IT contracts market.

What Youll Be Doing

• Recruiting .Software Development contractors for roles across a broad and active client base.

• Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts while building out your own network.

• Leveraging a well-maintained CRM and working alongside experienced consultants.

• Running the full 360 contract recruitment process sourcing pitching closing and managing placements.

• Keeping up with tech trends and building your brand in and broader Microsoft tech ecosystem.

What Were Looking For

• 18 months experience in recruitment or B2B sales.

• A desire to move into contract IT recruitment (experience in tech recruitment is a bonus but not essential).

• Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.

• Highly motivated resilient and target-driven.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
