Were looking for caring motivated and reliable individuals to join our Supported Living team asCommunity Support Workers supporting adults with learning disabilities autism and additional needs.
About the Role
As a Community Support Worker you will play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live meaningful independent lives within their own homes and communities.
No two days are the samebut your role may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills (cooking cleaning budgeting)
- Encouraging independence and choice in all aspects of life
- Supporting with personal care (where required with dignity and respect)
- Assisting with medication administration
- Helping individuals access the community activities and social opportunities
- Promoting positive behaviour support and emotional wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
