Were seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team at RAAF Base Glenbrook supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS (Defence Offshore & Remote) this role youll help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base.

As part of the Compass Group youll be joining a supportive team that values safety respect and excellence in everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General cleaning duties across accommodation offices and common areas

• Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage spaces

• Following safety hygiene and site-specific procedures

• Providing high-quality service with strong attention to detail

• Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules

What were looking for:

• Previous cleaning housekeeping or facilities experience (highly regarded)

• A strong focus on safety teamwork and reliability

• Good communication skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if required

• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position
