Job Title: Business Development Manager (Asset Finance)
Salary: Up to 40- 45k car allowance uncapped monthly commission (OTEk)
Location: Southwest/Southcoast

The Role: What Youll Be Doing
As a key player in their growth you wont be micromanaged. Youll hit the ground running owning your territory and driving deals across the line.
Hunt & Gather: Leverage and expand your existing introducer network to hunt down high-quality leads.
Structure the Deal: Craft negotiate and agree on winning initial facility terms.
Pitch to Win: Package and present flawless facility proposals to the underwriting team.
Seal the Deal: Get out from behind the deskattend face-to-face client meetings to sign off documentation.
Smooth Sailing: Collaborate closely with the internal operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your clients.
Be the Face: Act as a polished professional brand ambassador to all external stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
The Blueprint: Several years of proven success crushing it within the asset finance sector.
