Abouttherole.
Whatyouneedtoknow:
Professionally handle incoming calls from existing customers completing enquiries and taking all necessary actions in a professional and service focused approach.
Take responsibility for all customer requests ensuringactionandfollowup within the agreed service level.
Develop andmaintainproductive external and internal relationships.
Recogniseand convert opportunities to introduce other AIG products to existing customers.
Consistently achieve individual performance targets (KPI).
Effectively liaise withappropriate representativesof other departments to successfully resolve customer enquiries.
Practice customer care by providingaccurateinformation to customers at all times.
Ensuregood productand system knowledge ismaintained.
Ensureall relevant systems are updatedin a timely manner.
Attend all learningjourneyand referral sessions.
Whatwerelookingfor:
Experience working in a high-volume insurance servicecentreevidencingexcellent performance.
Demonstrate drive and a can-do attitude.
Excellent team player and the ability to work independently.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills written/verbal.
Diligence.
A full understanding of the impact of regulation and FCA.
Cert CII or prepared to work towards.
