Salary: Up to 42000 Bonus
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller / Production Manager to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre in Thurmaston Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised individual to play a key role in managing workshop operations ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high standards across all repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the bodyshop workshop
Manage workflow and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
Coordinate technicians schedules and repair processes
Monitor productivity and ensure targets are achieved
Handle administrative processes including job approvals and documentation
Maintain high standards in line with industry regulations and audits
Ensure compliance with company systems procedures and health & safety requirements
About You
Proven experience within an accident repair bodyshop environment
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller Production Manager or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Numerate and literate with the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
Ability to manage workflow approvals and quality standards
A hands-on proactive approach with strong leadership skills
Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Additional Requirement
Due to existing contracts with the police all candidates must be able to pass NPPV Level 2 vetting.
