Associate ENRI

The Role

We are looking to recruit a talented Associate (03 PQE) to join our ENRI practice in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a collaborative high-performing team on a broad range of domestic and international ENRI matters.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of work including:

• Project Finance advising lenders sponsors and developers on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects
• Corporate supporting M&A joint ventures and investments within the ENRI sector
• Project Documentation drafting and negotiating core project agreements across the project lifecycle

About you

• Qualified lawyer with around 03 years PQE
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: project finance project development corporate and/or commercial contracts
• A genuine interest in the energy infrastructure and natural resources sectors
• Strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative and proactive approach to working within a team
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand clients business objectives
