Associate AB Testing Specialist

The Associate A/B Testing Specialist supports QVC UK and helps drive digital optimisation through A/B testing and eCommerce trading insight.

Where Youll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park 2 days a week.

What Youll Do

• Identify opportunities for A/B testing and support the design setup validation and delivery of test plans

• Contribute to A/B testing and optimisation projects across multiple European markets including the UK Germany and Italy

• Analyse test performance and clearly communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders

• Use analytics tools including Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics to track performance report on outcomes and support data-led decision making

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing UX development and analytics to improve customer engagement and conversion

What Youll Bring

• Experience in A/B testing ideally within an eCommerce or digital trading environment

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

• Experience using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data spot trends and turn findings into actionable insight

• Ability to manage multiple tests timelines and documentation accurately and simultaneously

• Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript would be an advantage

• A collaborative approach with confidence working across teams and a genuine interest in continuous learning and optimisation best practice
