Working closely with engineering teams youll help resolve defects and improve system an Application Support Analyst you will:Provide technical application support owning incidents from investigation through to resolution and root cause analysisTroubleshoot issues across Salesforce MuleSoft APIs GoAnywhere (MFT/SFTP) and Genesys platformsMonitor system health and analyse logs API payloads and dashboards (Sumo Logic) to identify failures and performance issuesManage incidents defects and changes using ITSM and Azure DevOps ensuring timely resolution aligned to business prioritiesCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues improve reliability and implement long-term fixesWhat Were Looking ForExperience in application support integration support or a similar technical roleProven background supporting business-critical systems with multiple integrationsHands-on experience working with enterprise platforms and integration ecosystemsStrong experience in incident and problem management within production environmentsHow We HireWe use AI to help organise applications and surface early matches but all decisions are made by humans.
