Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord dedicated to helping vulnerable people achieve independence through safe accommodation and tailored support. For over 30 years weve been transforming lives through a trauma-informed and person-centred approach.
We are looking for 2 organised and proactive Administrators to join our Maintenance Team in Hull providing essential administrative support to help deliver high-quality housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for our operatives contractors and partner agencies
Maintain accurate records and update information on internal systems
Book in repairs on our internal system and liaise with support
Arrange contractor access and support maintenance operations
Manage incoming calls emails visitors and correspondence
Produce reports spreadsheets meeting minutes and other administrative documents
Support office systems databases and day-to-day administration
Liaise with external agencies and housing providers
Ensure records and communications meet organisational and quality standards
Ensure Compliance documents are up to date and record on the internal system
You will have:
Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience producing reports and taking meeting minutes
The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people
A flexible proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
