Gloves: Cut-resistant (EN 388) chemical/heat-resistant welding and disposable.
Safety Footwear: Steel-toe boots (S1/S2/S3) anti-static and metatarsal protection.
Head Eye & Face: Hard hats (Class A/B/C/E) safety goggles (EN 166/ANSI Z87.1) and arc flash protection.
Clothing & Apparel: Flame-retardant (EN ISO 11612) chemical-splash and high-visibility.
Hearing & Respiratory: SNR-rated earmuffs/earplugs dust masks and full-face respirators.
Specialized: Fall protection first aid supplies and safety signage.

Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical Industrial etc.) Occupational Health & Safety Business Administration or a related field.
Preferred: Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in HSE (e.g. NEBOSH IOSH or local environmental/safety certifications).
Added Advantage: Training or certification in relevant PPE standards (ISO EN ANSI).
Experience
5 to 7 years of hands-on technical sales experience in the PPE industrial safety or related B2B product sector (majority of this experience must be in the Ugandan market).
Verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within Ugandas industrial manufacturing or construction segments.
An established professional network among EHS Managers procurement officers and plant managers in Uganda.
Experience handling government tenders institutional procurement and corporate supply agreements.
Exposure to multi-country East African sales operations (Kenya Tanzania Rwanda) is a plus.
