Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Target Attainment: Develop and execute regional sales plans establish sales quotas and create sales processes to achieve regional sales and performance targets.
Dealer Network Management: Build and maintain strong dealer relationships understand their needs and conduct regular performance reviews against set metrics.
Brand & Compliance Standards: Ensure dealers continuously adhere to corporate standards regarding product stocking pricing and branding.
Team Supervision & Coaching: Supervise train coach and motivate dealer sales staff to drive field execution.
Market Intelligence & Marketing Alignment: Monitor market trends competitor activity and pricing strategies while executing marketing initiatives to build brand awareness handle queries and collect feedback.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track regional sales performance analyze data and submit reports to management to adjust strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align regional sales efforts with marketing and other internal departments to support company-wide goals.
Education: A good university degree; a professional qualification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing dealer/distributor networks preferably within the FMCG or Telecom sectors.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Strategic and analytical thinking proficiency in MS Excel and strong sales reporting skills.
Leadership & People Management: Proven leadership abilities with strong skills in coaching training and motivating dealer teams.
Relationship & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal organizational and customer-centric relationship management skills.
Required Skills:
