Job Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Stock Monitor to oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of stock movements within the camp. The ideal candidate will maintain inventory records conduct stock reconciliations and ensure stock availability while minimizing losses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily stock movements and inventory levels.
  • Receive inspect and record incoming stock.
  • Issue stock according to approved requests.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies or losses.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Prepare stock reports for management.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
  • Maintain compliance with company inventory procedures and controls.


Requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Procurement Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory or stock management.
  • Experience using inventory management systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to reside at the Mubende camp.

  • Location: Mubende Camp.
  • Accommodation: Available at the camp.
  • Meals: Provided by the company.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in a camp environment and relocate for the duration of the assignment.
