- Monitor daily stock movements and inventory levels.
- Receive inspect and record incoming stock.
- Issue stock according to approved requests.
- Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies or losses.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Prepare stock reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
- Maintain compliance with company inventory procedures and controls.
- Bachelors degree in Procurement Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory or stock management.
- Experience using inventory management systems is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to reside at the Mubende camp.
- Location: Mubende Camp.
- Accommodation: Available at the camp.
- Meals: Provided by the company.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a camp environment and relocate for the duration of the assignment.
Required Skills:
