Officer, Support Bancassurance

To provide accurate administration support for all Bancassurance products and operational issues. Support different business units in providing pre and after sales services to both internal and external Bancassurance customers 

• To effectively assess claims ensuring that prescribed TAT targets are met.
• Understand all policy wordings / terms and conditions as they apply to Bancassurance products and be able to communicate the meaning thereof
• Advise customers of all claims requirements/documents at notification stage.
• Attend/respond to new and existing business customer correspondences telephone customers/insurance companies/letters/queries on any administrative issues.
• Support the sales consultants to achieve business Sales Targets 
• Attend Bancassurance Sales Team branch/segment/channel visits (Virtual or physical) 
• Provide continuous and proactive feedback on the status of query resolution to customers to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Maintain working relationship with all underwriters branch network Bancassurance team to ensure best service possible to customers.
• Timeously action policy amendment requests from branch network

Qualifications :

• First Degree in Business Commerce or a related field 
• At least 2 to 3 years Branch Consultant / operations experience 
•  Insurance product knowledge of at least 3 products for an Insurance Consultant
