Waiter Banquet Operation

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Banquet Waiter/Waitress with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality exceptional guest experiences and the highest service standards. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and teamwork skills strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver personalized professional service during banquets conferences weddings and special events. Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset along with a proactive solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining brand standards food safety and seamless banquet operations.

• Ability to accurately present food and beverage offerings and support sales through appropriate recommendations and pairings during banquet events
• Skilled in handling guest complaints professionally and maintaining confidentiality
• Capable of delivering personalized service during high-volume banquets conferences weddings and special events
• Proficient in banquet service standards table setup event preparation and formal service protocols
• Experienced in operating POS systems with high accuracy in order entry and payment processing where applicable
• Ability to promptly and efficiently respond to special guest requests and event-specific requirements
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills to ensure seamless service flow and effective communication with the banquet team and other departments
• Full adherence to hygiene sanitation and food safety standards throughout all banquet operations
• Demonstrates the brands image through professional appearance attitude and behavior
