Job Summary
* Preparing tables chairs service sets etc. before service
* Checking reservations and menus
* Preparing banquet buffet conference cocktail arrangements
* Welcoming customers
* Advising customers on food and beverage selection
* Taking food and beverage orders from customers
* Serving food and beverages
* Collecting the bill
* Receiving requests and complaints from customers and forwarding them to the authorities
Qualifications :
*Preferably graduated from the Tourism and Hotel Management departments of colleges / universities
*High communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system
* Careful about appearance
* High personal awareness
* Experience in the service sector
* Talented in organization
* Career-oriented in the tourism field
* Loves working in a team and is compatible with teamwork
* Can be involved in social projects followed by the company
* Preferably proficient in English.
